The Fort Worth Aviation Museum hosts all types of public events. Birthday parties and company events are very popular.

Birthday Parties at FWAM

Birthday parties can be scheduled during open hours on Saturdays and Sundays. For all other parties, please send a request form. Party hosts can bring in decorations, food, and non-alcoholic drinks on the day of the event. Parties also include a docent and optional goody bags for kids.

There are two different themes available for your party: Aviation or Military.

If you would like a dedicated space to house your party indoors we have a couple of options. Our Bronco Room holds about 25 people and the CH-53 Helicopter holds up to 10 people.
For parties that want to make use of our outdoor picnic spaces, there is no limit to the number of attendees.

*Birthday Party Rules*

• Setup limited to 30 minutes before event
• No event can interfere with museum operations
• No balloons, no confetti.
• 15 minutes after the party ends to clean up.
• Clean up by the agreed upon time or a $50 fee will be added per 30 minutes.
• No alcoholic beverages if the museum is open.
• Clean up completely.
• No climbing on aircraft.

$5 Ages 4-16

Free for Ages 3 & Under

$30 administrative & cleaning fee

Pricing includes museum entry, flight gear to try on, stomp rocket, craft, and party favor bags as well as tablecloths, paper plates, napkins, and cups.

Parties at Your Location

We also organize bringing a helicopter to your party location for an event that will be remembered for a lifetime. Inquire about our helicopter parties by filling out the form on this page.
